Fall is in full swing and it’s my favorite time for fashion except for winter, so I’m sharing some of the fall outfits and wardrobe staples I’m loving this season.
Considering what’s happening with Palestinians in Gaza being bombed by the Israeli government, I didn’t feel right putting out a post at this time that doesn’t address that in some form. Each outfit is going to feature an accessory from a Palestinian brand where partial or all proceeds from their products are going toward helping Palestinians in Gaza who need aid. If you don’t need more clothes/accessories consider donating to an organization like Anera who are helping to provide food, hygiene kits, and medical support to Gaza.
Shoutout to this TikTok from Neha that inspired me to include brands she features in her video as well as others. She has lists of brands helping to support Palestine linked in her bio!
Lately I’ve been inspired by and hoping to channel a 90s suburban mom. To me this means everyday outfits are casual yet elevated with fairly consistent color palettes and notable accents in accessories. So check out my fits below where I try to hit those marks for the colder seasons.
You can’t go wrong with a good mom jean and crewneck combo. Perhaps a little on the nose for my latest style inspo but it’s a classic for a reason. If you’re looking for a new crewneck the Khat ‘Ahmar Keffiyeh Crew from Kuvrd features a wrap around panel of red and white keffiyeh as a symbol of resistance, and 10% of your purchase goes toward helping Palestine.

Uggs on another comeback tour?
There’s something to be said for the classic mini Ugg moment sweeping the past couple years. Uggs seem to go through popularity cycles but never fully leave the American fashion front. The mini Ugg and platform mini Ugg are no exception. Although I love the look of them and can appreciate the quality that comes with an authentic Ugg boot, I don’t love that they kill real sheep to make their boots, or the higher price tag. Instead I opted for a pair of platform ultra mini Ugg dupes I found at my local Rainbow.

You can style these ultra mini Ugg dupes in so many ways, but I love some joggers and a tiny top moment, or leggings and collared 3/4 zip-up. This Taste of Palestine crewneck from Paliroots has the perfect complimentary shade to wear with these Ugg dupes. Your purchase helps Paliroots donate meals to Palestinians in Gaza!

Large calf friendly knee-high boots
Leave it to Franco Sarto for having my favorite fall/winter boots this year! I needed fashionable boots that were going to look good with casual outfits but could still go with my dressier pieces.
I love the Women’s Tribute Wide Calf Tall Boot as the perfect knee-high fall boot. I purchased mine in synthetic brown and the material is soft with nice stitching characteristic of a quality purchase. My favorite way to style them is with my long sleeve brown knit button down maxi dress. You can pair with your favorite pair of gold hoops, like these ones from Zudo, where 100% of your purchase goes to help Palestine.

W(B)itchy boots
I’m of the belief system that if you don’t have one pointed toe boot that for lack of a better term makes you look like a bitch (or powerful, however you like to phrase it) there’s a serious gap in your fall/winter wardrobe. I had that gap myself until I purchased the Women’s Avana Dress Bootie from Franco Sarto.
The point is perfect and the details of the boot are immaculate. I won’t spoil the fun detail inside the zipper flap, but they definitely know their audience. If you’ve always wanted a thin heeled pointed toe black boot but were worried about the comfortability this is the perfect boot for you. The boots design provides an illusion of an ultra thin heel while still providing the support and structure of a block heel.
I’ve been wearing these boots with a pair of my bootcut black pants from H&M and either a black long sleeve or black cardigan for an all black look. I think either of those fits would be enhanced with this solid gold butterfly necklace from West Bank Apparel where a minimum of 15% of your purchase goes to helping Palestine.

I hope some of these outfits and wardrobe pieces inspired you to have fun with your fashion this season!
As a human being I feel it’s necessary to show my support for the Palestinian people as they are the target of the senseless act of genocide taking place at the hands of the Israeli government. Purchasing some of the items I mentioned will provide some small donations, but please consider donating in larger amounts and/or calling your local representatives to urge for a de-escalation and ceasefire.
Although many Americans will be having a Happy Halloween this evening, there are far too many suffering in this world, so consider them as you are grateful for that king sized candy bar.
